Our wedding consultation will help you transform your wedding thoughts and ideas into reality, allowing the flowers to express the overall theme and feeling of your wedding throughout the ceremony and reception. We will use your color palette and the feeling that you want your wedding flowers to convey (formal or informal, rustic or sophisticated, etc.) to define every detail of your bouquets and arrangements.
Bring a swatch of your wedding dress and your attendants' dresses so that our designers can choose just the right colors of flowers and ribbon to complement your gown and your attendants' dresses.
Bring clippings and photos of flowers, bouquets, colors and styles that you like, and our consultant will work with you to suggest and choose just the right combinations of flowers for you and your wedding party.
Feel welcome to bring your mother or other trusted advisor such as your maid of honor or best friend with you, but try to avoid bringing too many people, however. Four people mean four opinions and make it harder for you to state your decisions.
Be sure to bring addresses, phone numbers, and names of contact persons for the ceremony and reception sites. If we are not familiar with the site or are doing a significant install, we prefer to do a walk-through and take photos, measurements, and check on set-up times.
Our wedding consultation takes approximately one hour and we do not charge any consultation fees. Call us for an appointment as soon as you have your colors picked out. Call as early as possible to ensure that we will still have your wedding date open. We feel that the sooner we begin discussions, the more time there will be to refine the details and make your flowers a cohesive part of your whole wedding.
