Make your prom memorable and magical with flowers!

At Flowers by the Station we know how important Prom Flowers are to you. They will add the final touch to your prom attire. We offer a variety of styles and choices including pin-on and wrist corsages, boutonnieres, presentation style bouquets, or hand-held nosegays for your prom date.

If possible, try to order flowers 1 week in advance. Our designers will be happy to work with you in selecting prom flowers to complement your date's dress. If possible, bring a swatch of fabric so that we can match flowers and ribbon to that special outfit. At your request we can also add special effects with gold or silver accents or sparkle your flowers using diamond dust.

Presentation Style Bouquet

Usually consists of long-stemmed roses or cut flowers which are carried resting on the arm. Presentations can range from a single rose to a dozen roses or a mixture of wildflowers hand-tied with a special ribbon added to enhance your date's attire.

Boutonniere

Customarily the girl buys the boutonniere for her date. This is usually a pin-on carnation or rose in your choice of color with baby's breath and green foliage. It is worn on the left lapel of the man's jacket.

Wrist Corsage

Smaller roses and accent flowers and ribbon can be used to match colors to the dress being worn. This corsage attaches to an elastic or decorative band to be worn around the wrist. Our Keepsake and Sparkle collections come with a fashionable bracelet that can be worn again and again!

This is a small clutch of prom flowers to be carried in the hand like a small bouquet. It can consist of only one type of flower or a variety of flowers.

Caring for your prom flowers:

Flowers are usually picked up on the day of the prom. Keep flowers cool until they are ready to be presented or worn. Our shop uses water tubes on all roses to preserve their freshness. You should remove the tubes and dry the stems of the bouquet with a paper towel before presenting flowers to your date.

Remember to order early, take lots of pictures, and have a wonderful and memorable evening!
